I am postponing the Women's Chakra Tune Up event for one week. The new date is Sunday January 28 from 2-4:30 pm and the price is $40.

You can expect an inviting, safe and peaceful environment in which you can meet and explore your beautiful energy centers through: 
~ meditation
~ breathwork
~ feminine healing movement (based on belly dance, yoga and qigong)
~ sounding
~ play! and
~ a yoga nidra deep relaxation journey

You will also learn a simple and effective Chakra Connection technique during this event, with a handout to take home with you so you can continue to care for your own chakras. 

On one hand, our chakras are wheels of energy situated in key parts of our physical body. In addition, they also connect with our emotional, mental and spiritual selves. When our energy system is flowing and balanced, we experience vibrant health and inner well-being. Sounds wonderful, doesn't it? 

You will also be in the company of other magnificent women who are looking for meaning, wholeness and community. 

Light, high energy refreshments will be served.

No previous experience is necessary; an open mind and desire to explore are all you need! All props (e.g. yoga mats, pillows, blankets, eye masks) are supplied.
