  • Please take a look at my YouTube channel, called “Movement Medicine Morsels”. Here you will find a library of 285 short (5-30 minute) practices that combine healthy breathing, posture and movement. These offerings came about as a way to help us all deal with the stresses of sheltering at home during the Covid-19 situation. These mini-sessions are designed to release tension, and to promote ease of body, mind and spirit. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Based on Yoga, QiGong, dance, and somatic exploration.

  • Here is a short (8 minute) guided relaxation recording, that circulates your attention through some key points in your body.  You can listen to it while seated, but it’s especially nice when you’re lying down.
